To use the image in email signatures, right click on the image and choose ‘save as.’   

Terms of Use: The purpose of these images is for professional use in email signatures only. The signature is only to be used when functioning in a NYSPHC program capacity. These logos cannot be used on social media platforms etc. Requests to use a logo for other purpose must be vetted through the NYSPHC leadership team and NYSDOH Public Affairs Group.
