Please join us on Wednesday, December 11th from 1:00 pm ET to 2:00 pm ET for the next Healthy People 2030 Webinar Series event focused on health care access and the importance of addressing the social determinants of health (SDOH). This webinar, Breaking Down Barriers to Health Care by Addressing the Social Determinants of Health, will highlight progress to date on three Healthy People 2030 objectives:

•    AHS-04: Reduce the proportion of people who can’t get medical care when they need it
•    SDOH-01: Reduce the proportion of persons living in poverty
•    SDOH-02: Increase employment in working-age people (Leading Health Indicator)

During this event Healthy People 2030 Champion, Family Service Association of San Antonio, will share details on their collaboration with healthcare and non-healthcare sectors to address SDOH in their community.
