Community Health Worker Virtual Training

The Community Health Worker training provides necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to address a number of health needs in the community. Through the ten training modules, participants will gain necessary core competencies and knowledge of the communities and populations they support.

This FREE training is offered online to care coordinators, community health workers, service navigators and health support staff.

Attend any or all of the sessions. You can choose which you will attend during registration.
