Strategic Planning

This webinar introduces the fundamentals of strategic planning. It covers key steps in the process, including how to develop a mission, vision, and values; conduct an environmental scan; select strategic priorities; establish goals and objectives; and implement the strategic plan. We will review tools to assist with strategic plan development including a SWOT analysis, RACI planning tools, and Gantt charts. We will also discuss common challenges and stumbling blocks in the strategic planning processes.
