PH WINS 2024 Data Dashboard Demonstration

PH WINS – the Public Health Workforce Interests and Needs Survey– is the only national survey focused on the individual experience of state and local public health employees. Led by the de Beaumont Foundation and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), it offers critical insights to guide public health workforce development. The 2024 data, from a survey of nearly 57,000 state and local public health employees at all levels, were released on July 14 along with an interactive dashboard that allows users to filter and compare data by a variety of factors, and practical tools and recommendations to act on the data. In addition, to help public health agencies act on their data and build stronger workforce strategies, de Beaumont has launched Insights to Action – a suite of 40+ how-to guides, templates, case studies, and checklists.
