Event: Using Data and Outreach to Combat Stigma and Inequities and Link Priority Populations to Care

Join us as Cristian Mendez and Nicole Taylor present their findings from their poster at the 2024 ETE Summit. Cristian and Nicole work at The Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Centers located in Jamaica, the Rockaways, Queens and Red Hook, Brooklyn. The Health Center utilizes a multifaceted approach to address sexual health, combat stigma, and enhance community education. They will explain how they engaged key populations such as Black women, marginalized communities, LGTBQ+, Latinx, immigrants, young adults, non-English speaking persons, and older adults through culturally responsive education.
