This webinar introduces participants to the fundamentals of organizational development theory. Participants will learn the five phases of organizational development strategy as well as an overview of the Lewing Forcefield Analysis and Kotter’s 8-Step Change Process. Participants will then apply what they have learned to their own organizational structure.
